The Mwiba Wildlife Reserve borders with the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and is considered to be part of the great southern Serengeti ecosystem. It is only 40 km from Ndutu where the great migration begins in April.
This reserve allows for a fulfilling safari experience, due to the fact that it is associated with countless animal species; of the Big 5, you can expect to see elephants, buffalo, lions, and leopards.
A variety of antelopes can also be found here, including: waterbuck, impala, dik dik, and kudu. Furthermore it’s also possible to sight giraffes, hyenas, wild dogs, cheetahs, and many more wild animals.
